I couldn't decide which one to post so I posted both. Which one do you think is better?
I am really impressed, these photos were hardly a clue at all - yes, they are Machu Picchu. Same scene, different camera settings. I also cropped in tightly. The photos I took are below.

While the second is probably a more "correct" exposure, the first has a darker, brooding mood that I think better fits sense of abandoned antiquity.
Not sure where but I think Jeanie hit the difference the top one has a brooding secretive feel while the bottom one seems bright open and inviting. I would use the top one in a scary movie, the bottom one for a love story. Both pictures are amazing just different.
